الوصف الوظيفي
1- Ensure provision of education curriculum/materials to students as per the schedulendeveloped by the institute.
2- Develop teaching plan of education courses in accordance to curriculum provided by the ministry of education, institute’s annual plan and requirements.
3- Tailors course of study by developing modifications for several levels of academic ability and previous achievement.
4- Develop and present lesson plans by using a variety of teaching techniques, including lectures, projects, exhibits, field trips, audiovisual and library resources,ncomputers, and the internet.
5- Monitors, assists, correct, and grades student results by preparing assignments and tests for in-school preparation and homework; conducting standardized tests in accordance with ministry and institutes education policies and laws.
6- Maintains order in the classroom by counseling students with behavioral problems, consulting with the social worker where there appears to be evidence of learning disabilities, drug use, or alcohol abuse and problems of social adjustment.
7- Maintains safe, secure, friendly and healthy educational environment by establishing following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
8- Intercepts deterioration in achievement by counseling students with academic difficulties, drawing on the school systems resources for additional academic assistance.
9- Keeps the Administration Assistant – Students Affairs informed by maintaining records of academic performance, attendance, and social acclimation, reporting on all elements of student development at parent- teacher conferences, both regularly scheduled and as-needed.
10- Provide student support services by monitoring halls, study periods, student organizations or activities.
11- Updates teaching knowledge by attending education related meetings, participating in educational training opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining
personal networks; participating in professional education organizations.
12- Enhances institutes reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests by the direct supervisor, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
13- Perform any other tasks requested by the direct supervisor.
