Our Company is looking for a training spaecialist To manage the overall training division within the company , manage and develop the overall training schedules for the different business, organise and carry out training needs analysis, work closely with Technical trainers and SME’s to develop training materials for discipline training design and develop E-Learning materials, set up the main induction programs, organise and manage soft sills training sessions , book third party training companies and manage register of third party companies , manage the training budgets with the Business unit managers and develop reports for the head of HR on utilisation , scheduling , delivery completions and contribute to the Qaiwan newsletter .
Main Task and Accountabilities:
Follow the advice and direction given by the Head of Human resources on all matters related to the training delivery.
Support the Head of HR in the Design, development and assist and manage major HR projects and initiatives across the business entities.
Support other HR staff on various projects as the needs arise and on direction from the Head of HR.
Manages the logistics of running training, bring in 3rd party training for specialist training, arranging there training room and accommodation, transport as needed.
Implements a professional training needs analysis and uses this to drive the scheduling and development of programs for delivery.
To develop the yearly trainings schedules for the Energy sector and other sectors.
Ensure all new employees go through a prepared induction program and induction to the department and record these.
Manage the recording of training information into the HRMS system, develop reports form the system to allow Head of HR to make informed decisions.
Implementing the Qaiwan Job Task Standards program and ensuring books are printed and made available, assessors are identified and trained up to run the program and reporting on JTS progress.
Works with the Technical trainers in the development of technical programs, assists with training material development and scheduling of training.
Set up the LMS system to run inductions automatically.
Be the HR representative for the business covering all training requirements.
Managing the logistics for training to happen.
Developing and printing training manuals for use in the classroom and to make ready for delivery
Managing the training library and adding to this to develop discipline training delivery.
Follow all company HSE policies and procedures.
Trains and mentors junior HR staff in their career development.

Reqiured Work experience:
At least 4-5 years in HR with at least 1 years in supervisory positions of increasing seniority.
A strong HR background and a thorough understanding and practical experience of delivering HR in multi business entities is essential.
Experience of the Middle Eastern cultural environment is an advantage.
A demonstrable degree of integrity is essential with a strong ability to work with others is required.
Reqiured Education Level:
A degree in Human Resources or a relevant subject working towards a professional HR membership such as CIPD.
Preferred: -A Master’s degree in Human Resources.
A light driving licence for car.
